I’m excited to announce that I’m putting together a brand new Health & Lifestyle development program for 2018. I spent most of 2017 studying, speaking with my private clients and carefully crafting a system designed to help you succeed with your health and lifestyle goals.

Why do we need a program like this?

The internet is a wonderful world of information. Unfortunately, even with all the information out there, people aren’t getting healthier or anymore productive.

Why is that? What’s the problem?

Information alone is not enough

Most people know that eating poorly, not exercising, not getting enough sleep and engaging in other unhealthy lifestyle habits is not good for them. Yet they continue these behaviors anyway, or they chase quick fixes that don’t last for more than a few weeks.

Information is like bricks. Just because you have bricks doesn’t mean you can immediately build a house. You need an architect to help you find a great location to build, draw up a blueprint and slowly work on the details.

Information without structure is useless. Don’t worry, that’s what I’m here for. I’m your personal architect!

For the last 8 years, I’ve been offering personal coaching to a hand selected few that have come from personal referrals and close friends. My program has been so successful that it doesn’t make any sense for me NOT to offer it to everyone else around me.

Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone who is having trouble committing to and maintaining a healthy, productive lifestyle. Many people start the new year with a short lasting health related New Year’s resolution. My job is to help you take that to the next level and make it a long lasting lifestyle change. A change that is specifically designed around your lifestyle so you can commit to it effortlessly.

I have a carefully put together an assessment process that will help me get the data I need to tailor a system that is specific to you and your goals.

We will work on creating consistency, productivity and a positive feedback in your life. I will help you create a healthy and productive lifestyle that you can maintain for the long term.

What can this program do for me?

Weight Loss
-I will help get you off in the right direction with a meal plan that best fits your goal, financial situation and living arrangement.

-Everyone’s meal plan will be different. There will be many variables to consider, for example: whether they cook or eat out, favorite foods, allergies, sensitives, and schedule.

Fitness & Body Development
-I will help get you find and sustain an appropriate exercise and fitness routine. I’ll find a routine that can fit well within your current lifestyle, whether you’re a morning person, night person, work two jobs, have three kids, etc, I’ll work something out for your specific situation. If you have your own trainer or you’re just starting, I will help get you where you need to be in order to create a routine you can easily stick to.

-We will record everything, track progress and refine it as you begin to optimize it into your lifestyle.

-We come in all shapes and sizes. I will make sure the exercise program we go with caters to your job schedule, age, body type and sleep schedule.

Reduce Stress
-We will start by identifying the conscious and then subconscious stresses in your life that are eating away at your health. Next, we will design a system to make it difficult for these stresses to emerge and manifest.

-We will work on improving your quality of your sleep by a series of lifestyle assessments and tests. A good night’s sleep will make the following day start off that much better,

Slowly, but surely we will refine the necessary details in your life to fit neatly into one constant health loop
