Physical health is synergistic with our mental health. Talking about one on it’s own is only part of the whole and quite frankly, a bit neglectful as it’s not the whole picture. My goal is to discover the habits necessary for a healthy and productive lifestyle, then breaking them down to be easily digestible to those around me. My goal here is to give you as many tools as possible to improve the quality of your lives.
Some call me a health coach and some call me a life coach, but titles aren’t necessary. I’m simply a researcher and teacher of a healthy lifestyle. I do the research so you don’t have to. I’ll be covering a wide range of health topics from sleeping tips, fitness management, stress relief and latest in dietary wellness.
I find passing on skills and principles, along with learning new ones to be a very mindful practice. Not only does it enable you to relate to others, but by breaking something down for someone else, it allows you to understand it critically and on a higher level.
