It’s funny how Five Guys thinks diets are temporary. So many are overweight because they’re on a diet that promotes weight gain. If you switch to a diet that promotes weight loss and you lose the weight, switching back to your old diet will only promote weight gain again!
Losing weight is a lifestyle change. Not everyone has the same tolerance to carbs. Reducing carb intake to at least your specific tolerance level and sticking by it is the only way to keep weight off. Unfortunately, there is no “finally” getting off of a low carb diet. If you went on it for weight loss, you’re going to need to stick to it to keep the weight off. But hey, I’ll gladly give up the pasta, cereal, and fries for bacon, steak, lobster, butter, cream, salmon and all the other power foods on a low carb diet!
