Low Carb Recipe Needs
- Thinly sliced chicken Breast
- Lemons
- Chicken Broth
- Spinach
- Heavy Cream
- Butter
- Onions
- Garlic
- Aluminum Foil

*Preheat the oven to 350F
Cook the Spinach
Put about 2 pounds of spinach in a large pot and let them cook on low heat until they wilt. When the spinach is wilted, take it out of the pot and chop it into little pieces.
Chop the Onions and Garlic
Chop two onions and a garlic clove. One onion will be put aside for the chicken and the other onion will be put in the big pot with the garlic. Add the butter to the pot and cook the onions and garlic until tender.
Heat up Heavy Cream
Heat up about half a cup of heavy cream and add it to the onions and garlic once they become tender.
Add the Spinach
Add the Spinach to the pot and stir.
Prepare Chicken and Slice up Lemons
Slice up lemons and put aside. Place chicken in the pan and add the lemon slices and onions on each slice of chicken breast. Add the broth until chicken is submerged. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook Chicken and Creamed Spinach
Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and place in the oven for one hour. Strain the spinach and put it in a serving bowl while the chicken is cooking. Save the broth in a bowl to pour on chicken.
