Recipe Needs
- one whole egg
- Extra light tasting olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- lemon
- Hand Blender
- Jar
Mix the Ingredients
Put the egg in first, then everything else on top. You can either mix everything in the jar you’re going to store it or in a cup, then transfer it later. Blast the ingredients with the hand blender and move it up slowly once you see the beautiful healthy mayonnaise come to life! You can add thyme, rosemary, basil or any other herb/spice to customize it to your liking.
You can store this for up to two weeks in the fridge. The reason I use olive oil is because I want to avoid using dangerous, unstable oils (canola, vegetable, corn, soybean, etc).
Mayonnaise is a great food choice to help increasing fat intake.
