Low Carb Recipe Needs
- Chicken Breast (sliced)
- Blue Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Basil Leaves
- Bacon
- Oven Pan
Preparing the Chicken
(Skip step if your chicken breast is pre sliced)
Slice your chicken breasts into very thin slices. Make sure they’re long enough to roll.
Mix the Stuffing
Put the blue cheese, basil leaves, salt and pepper into a big bowl and mix them well.
Prepare the Wrap
Place the sliced chicken breast on a plate and place a piece of bacon on top of it. Make sure they’re about the same size. Trim the bacon if you have to in order to make it the same size. Put the extra piece in the stuffing. Place the stuffing in the middle and press down. Roll it up nice and thoroughly.
Place them in the Oven
Run a toothpick through the wraps if it looks like they’re going to come apart. Place the wraps into the pan and put it in the oven for about 30-45 min.
