Low Carb Recipe Needs
- All Natural Peanut Butter
- Heavy Cream
- Onions
- Garlic
- 1 Stick of Butter
- Chicken Broth (or boil chicken thighs)
- Big Pot
- Frying Pan
Preparing the Chicken
(Skip step if using broth)
You want at least 6 cups of water (or broth if you’re using broth). Put the chicken thighs in a pot of water on high heat. Clean up the residue that floats to the top from the chicken with a spoon. After residue stops coming out, slice up half an onion and put it into the pot and lower it to low heat. Let it cook for an hour.
Cook the Garlic
Prepare a small frying pan and a stick of butter. Melt the butter in the frying pan on low heat. Cut up a garlic clove and add it to the frying pan once the butter is fully melted. Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat until garlic browns and softens.
De-Bone the chicken
(Skip step if using broth)
Take the chicken carefully out of the broth onto a plate. Take off all the skin and meat from the chicken. Throw the bones and skin away. Add the meat back into the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the Peanut Butter
Add the cup of peanut butter to the frying pan after the garlic is cooked. Stir until the peanut butter is completely melted. Add the mixture into the pot of broth and let it boil for ten minutes.
Add the Heavy Cream
Add a cup of heavy cream to the pot and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Continue to stir it through out…..Now go and enjoy this heavy and wonderful low carb recipe!
