Low Carb Recipe Needs
- Chicken breasts (sliced thin)
- 1 Garlic
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Italian or french mixed herbs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 stick butter
Cut the Chicken Breasts
For a simple low carb recipe, this is probably the hardest part! Cut the chicken breast. If you already got them pre-sliced, you can skip that. If you have whole breasts, try and slice them as thin as possible.
Garlic & Butter
Melt the butter. Crush the garlic, salt and pepper with a mortar & pastel. Mix the garlic with the butter.
Preparing the Chicken
Mix the parmesan cheese and a table spoon of dried herbs in a cup. Put the chicken in the oven pan one by one. After each chicken, put some of the cheese and herb mixture. Once all of the chicken is in, sprinkle the rest of the mixture on if there is any left.
Add the butter mixture on top of everything. Make sure you spread the butter on evenly and all the chicken is submerged. Place them in the oven at 350 for 30 min. The parmesan should begin to brown. Serve with butter mixture on top and a side of salad. Enjoy!!!
