Low Carb Recipe Needs

Cook the Bacon
Every low carb recipe should have bacon in it! Cook the bacon on high heat until well done. Don’t put the bacon on draining paper, because we want the bacon to be extra crispy and brittle.
Create the Mixture
First we must crush the bacon. You can easily do this with your hand, but feel free to use a mortar & pestle. Now put some sour cream, a generous amount of Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, some pepper, and the bacon all in one bowl. Mix them well.
Cut and stuff the Jalapenos
Slice the jalapenos in half. Empty out the seeds and rest of the guts. Don’t do this underwater, it will cause a spice overload in the kitchen! Stuff them with a butter knife of your hand. Fill each jalapeno all the way up.
Cook the Jalapenos
Put them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 400*F. Make sure they’re tender when you take them out. I hope you enjoyed this awesome low carb recipe!
