Low Carb & Exercise the Easy Way
My goal here is to share many resources on health, regarding diet and exercise as well as my opinions and ideas. My main goal is to focus on exercise and low carb diets. As an athlete, I haven’t found many articles or sites discussing training with limited carb intake. I’ll be discussing how to go about achieving results in various sports, body building and recreation effectively while on low carb or in ketosis. There are plenty of great articles and blogs out there about low carb diets and exercise, but very few has been written about exercising under a low carb diet.
I’ll be sharing plenty of great low carb recipes with videos and pictures included! I’ll be putting up article reviews and sharing my opinions on many health related topics.
