The best thing about Thanksgiving is that it can be a healthy, delicious, filling meal. Get rid of the mashed potatoes, bread, cranberry and you’re good to go. A buttery turkey with gravy, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin and mixed green vegetables makes for a brilliant Thanksgiving dinner. I’m not going to put up a recipe this year because I figure the best thing to do is find a recipe with ingredients I like and copy it.
Gordon Ramsay has been my favorite chef for a while now. Not just because of his competitive nature and his attitude with people, but also his use of simple, fresh ingredients. Gordon keeps it simple and that’s my style. I’m going to cook mine starting tonight. Enjoy!
