Healthy Ice Cream Needs
- Heavy Cream (or unsweetened whipped cream)
- Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon or to taste
- Stevia – 1 teaspoon or to taste
- Xanthan Gum (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
- Unsweetened coco powder – 1 teaspoon
- Small Bowl
Mix the Spices
First, you want to mix the xanthan gum, cinnamon, coco powder and stevia in the bowl. Make sure it’s well mixed. You only need like half a teaspoon of xanthan gum if you decide to use it. Add stevia and cinnamon to taste. Mix well!
Mixing in the Heavy Cream
Mix in the heavy cream slowly while whisking the spices. Make sure they don’t clump up. If they do, don’t worry, just keep whisking your way to a smooth, healthy ice cream!
The Final Touches
After everything is mixed in the bowl without any clumping, sprinkle or lightly blow a little layer of cinnamon on top of the finished mixture. Put your healthy ice cream in the freezer and be ready to enjoy it within an hour!!!
