Looks like they’ve let out the list of “Top Rated Diets” and not-so-surprisingly-so, the Paleo diet ends up in last place. I don’t know if this list is a marketing scandal or an ass backwards, scientific travesty. They claim the DASH diet as being the best overall diet. So what is this DASH bullshi’t you say? Well, here’s the rundown:
DASH Diet
- Is low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and total fat
- Focuses on fruits, vegetables, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products
- Is rich in whole grains, fish, poultry, beans, seeds, and nuts
- Contains fewer sweets, added sugars and sugary beverages, and red meats than the typical American diet
Now doesn’t that sound familiar? Yeah, it’s just the same low fat fad regurgitated with a new name and different advertising. What’s unfortunate about these “top rated diets” is that there is no evidence to support any of that stuff.
For the last ten years, main stream science has been screaming out “FOR GOD’S SAKE, SATURATED FAT DOESN’T FUCKING KILL YOU!!”, but no one is listening. The low fat fad from the 70’s still has momentum and will take a while to die out.
Top Rated Diets
- Paleo
- Ketogenic
- Atkins
This is my list of top rated diets, and Guess what? These diets aren’t listed in any specific order. In fact, fuck the list. Eat anything that you can hunt, fish or pick seasonally. Don’t worry about portion size or any of that cholesterol nonsense. Don’t take my word for it though, science is on your side. Have a happy new year everyone and remember, go after your resolution the right way!!

I found something like a couple of weeks before, but you did detailed study, along with your post appears to be much more persuasive than others.
I’m astounded with the arguments you provided in addition to the style
of your post. I like when articles are both informative and interesting, when even boring facts are presented in an interactive way.
Well, it is absolutely on your article.
