One day a week, of your choice (and my availability) is ALL you need to maximize your muscle building, strength gain, immune boost, and weight loss.
My personal training program is for everyone from bodybuilders who want to compete to senior citizens who are looking to get rid of chronic pain and make walking up stairs an easy task once again. I can customize the program to your needs. This can be done at your gym or mine (I can bring in a free guest), no need for a new membership!
