I write a hell of a lot. I’d love to citation all of my posts right then and there, but I figured making a page archiving all the great, credible references and resources I have will do the trick. If you’re ever reading a post and think to yourself “hey, this dip shi’t sounds like he’s blowing hot air out of his ass!”, this page will help clear that up. Everyone makes mistakes and not all studies are equal or reliable. If you find the need to correct anything or bring something to light, please do so and comment below.
My first recommendation for anyone is to read Good Calories, Bad Calories
by Gary Taubes. Before all the confusing science, it would be best to familiarize yourselves with science and distinguishing the questionable studies from the good ones.
